Hi again,
I wanted to keep track of our progress in class. From Tuesday, October 9th:
1. Students generated a list of what we know or think we know about Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks.
2. Then they generated an impressive list of things they want to learn about Sequoia & Kings Canyon.
3. We took time to read the four-page letter that gives an overview of the trip (to sign this, and to have at least one parent sign this was part 1 of the homework).
4. Students also had to check about the possibility of parents driving on the trip (part 2 of the homework). This is by far our biggest challenge at this time.
